Our Spanish School accepts no responsibility whatsoever for cases of force majeure (according to law) or for studentsí actions.

Our Spanish School is not responsible for any personal items left in the schoolbuilding or in the residence.

On formalising enrollment onto a course (and accommodation) students accept the General and Payment Conditions and Payment Method, as well as the norms, rules and guarantees of Our Spanish School.


The student will be charged for the replacement of broken items due to either negligence or by intention.

In high season the student residence may be substituted by another type of accommodation at a corresponding price.


In high season some classes may be given in classrooms outside of our installations.


Medical: We advise all citizens of the EU to bring the E111 document. If you require medical treatment, with this document and the medical bill you will be able to reclaim the medical expenses from your country of origin.

We recommend that students from other countries take out a medical insurance policy in their home countries.


Students from Western Europe do not require a visa to enter Peru.

Students from other countries must enquire about obtaining a visa at the Peruvian Embassy or Consulate closest to them. The certificate (document confirming the completion of the course) can only be issued by the school if the enrolment form has been received and the advance payment of US$ 450 for courses in Peru has been made.


Our Spanish School reserves the right to cancel the studentís place if on the day of their arrival they have not paid the total sum of the course, accommodation and other services contracted.

In the case of a serious disciplinary offence, repeated bad behaviour or infringement of the laws of the country in which the course is taking place, the student will be expelled from the school and accommodation contracted with Our Spanish School without the right to any refund.

In the case where damages are caused to third parties, all the expenses claimed from Our School that originate from the above-mentioned incident will be charged to the student, who will have no right to later claims.


Before Arrival
Cancellations before arrival will be accepted in writing (letter, telegram, e-mail or fax).

For cancellations prior to the last two weeks before arrival, there is a penalization of US$ 38.00.

For cancellations in the last two weeks before arrival there is a penalization of US$ 76.00.

After Arrival
In no case whatsoever will money for the first two weeks of course/accommodation be refunded once the course has started (except in the case of the cancellation guarantee - see below).
Regarding cancellations from the third week on, the following cancellation politics are applicable*:
Cancellations will be accepted in writing with a 10 days notice;
For complete weeks left after 10 days the dollowing refunds will be given:
75% for the 3th till the 8th week.
85% for the 9th till the 16th week.
100% from the 16th on.

Our School will refund the amound agreed upon at the latest 30 days after the original ending date of the course, by either bank wire transfer or credit card. Excluded from the cancellation politics are the registration fee, the volunteer fee and the cancellation guarantee (see below).


We recommend our special guarantee of cancellation. The cost of this guarantee is 3% of the total sum of the invoice. With this guarantee, we refund the total sum of the course, accommodation and extras, for complete weeks that are left (excluded are the registration fee, the volunteer fee and the cancellation fee itself).

Please note this cancellation guarantee is personal and non-transferable and is applicable only in the following cases: serious illness (of both the client or a direct family member), work or examination in home country, pregnancy or the obligation of doing military service. The time period covered by this guarantee is from the day of enrolment until the last day of the course and accommodation.


The student will be charged (see pricelist) for all changes in programs, volunteer projects, dates and/or accommodation after arrival. All changes are subject to availability.


All fees are due on the first day of class at the very latest. Payment options:
by bank wire transfer before arrival
on the first day of class:

by credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express)
by traveller cheques
by cash money in US$ of local currency
Prices are valid until the 31st of December 2009 for courses beginning and ending in the year.

Prices for 2010 may vary. If the prices rise by more than 5% of the 2009 prices, the enrolment may be cancelled and the quantity paid obtained.

This price list overrules all previous information about prices and dates.

Our School is not responsible for printing errors that may appear or for errors in publications by third parties about Our School.
